Just got back from NYC! Performed with JOE TAYLOR at The Living Room on Ludlow Street. The city was hopping! We had a great sound check thanks to Gains at the venue. After soundcheck headed up the block to Katz's Deli for dinner. Steve Holly ran into an old friend, WARREN HAYNES form Gov't Mule/Allman Brothers Band! So cool, we all had dinner together, took a couple of pics, then headed back to the club to play. I so enjoyed sitting in with Joe, Steve Holly and Paul Page. We "came to rock" as Paul Page so aptly put it. Arm in the air, fist clenched, groovy smile on face, a bit of a growl, and attitude of ROCK, head cocked! I played a Gibson CJ 165, like butter. What a lovely guitar!

Another highlight on my trip was seeing Benny Landa and his band play at P&G Bar uptown on the Westside. He was great and the room was filled with killer musicians. Lots of fun! Thanks Benny!
